The 2022 WWWA Annual Conference is an opportunity for attendees to receive their required continuing education credits, while also creating lifelong professional connections. This family-friendly event includes CE classes, the trade show, awards banquet and silent auction, raffles, the annual bowling tournament, and more!

CONTINUING EDUCATION: The WI DNR requires licensed water well drillers, heat exchange drillers, pump installers, and rig operators to attend six (6) hours of continuing education during each calendar year for each license held. The WWWA provides 6 hours of continuing education for water well drillers and pump installers on Thursday, January 19, 2022. The WWWA will also provide 6 hours of continuing education for water well drillers and pump installers on Friday, January 20, 2022, separate from the initial conference. If you have any questions, please contact the WWWA office.

RAFFLE: Make sure to purchase your tickets for a chance to win one of MANY amazing prizes! Ticket sales will begin at the General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, January 19. The drawings will be held in the exhibit hall on Thursday, January 20th.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: The Kalahari has offered attendees of the WWWA Annual Conference a special conference rate. $114 Single or Double Occupancy Standard and $179 for Saturday night. Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly at 877-254-5466 or online here. Room rates are only available on or before December 18, 2021. When calling for reservations, please mention “Wisconsin Water Well Association."

You’re invited to attend the 2022 WWWA Annual Conference at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center. We truly cannot wait to see everyone in person! We encourage you to register early to secure your spot in our tradeshow and to visit with almost 400 attendees. We sincerely appreciate all of our long-time vendors and we are excited to meet any first-time exhibitors!

EXHIBITOR BOOTH: Each 8x10 booth will be supplied with an 8-foot draped/skirted table, one 8-foot backdrop with 3-foot side drapes, and two chairs. A booth sign displaying the company name is provided. It is critical that your company name is printed legibly on your registration form, as this information is provided to Valley Expo for sign printing. Booth spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. A map indicating reserved spaces will be posted on the WWWA website (www.wisconsinwaterwell.com) and updated as spaces are reserved. It is your responsibility to check this website to verify booth placement and availability.

SPONSORSHIP: Conference sponsors will receive hierarchical priority in the tradeshow (if registered before December 1st). Conference sponsors will be recognized with signage in the exhibit hall, at meals, and in the onsite program.

RIG: Each exhibitor registering to bring a rig onsite, must comply with all rules set forth by the Kalahari. A copy of these rules will be included in your exhibitor packet. Please verify that your display will not violate any of these rules. Any violations that result in a fee will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Any exhibitor bringing a rig must provide the WWWA with a cellular phone number of the rig driver or an onsite contact in case of emergencies.

ELECTRICITY: All orders for electricity must be placed directly with Valley Expo. Order forms will be included in your exhibitor packet. Please note that additional charges are applied if the service is not ordered in advance.

SET UP: Setup will take place from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, and again from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Staff from Valley Expo will be onsite during these times. There will be an Exhibitor Happy Hour from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Wednesday.

SHOWTIMES: NEW THIS YEAR: The exhibit hall will be open from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm on Thursday, concurrent with lunch and the two-afternoon Continuing Education sessions, and from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. On Friday, the exhibit hall will be open for Continuing Education attendees from 7:00 am - 10:00 am.

PRIZE DONATIONS: Please consider donating an item and joining us for the Scholarship Fund Silent Auction on Wednesday evening. NEW THIS YEAR: Door prize drawings will be held immediately prior to the Bowling Tournament, which begins at 8:00 pm on Thursday evening. Exhibitors decide if they will draw another name for attendees not present in the evening or follow up with them to handle their prize. Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to donate.

TEAR DOWN: Tear down will begin at 10:00 am on Friday, January 21, 2022. Valley Expo will be onsite again during this time.

FREIGHT: Freight must be assigned and addressed to the WWWA Show/ Wisconsin Groundwater Conference. All freight will be assessed a storage and handling fee of $100 per item. This fee is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

WPWS BOARD MEETING: The Wisconsin Pump and Well Suppliers will be having their annual membership meeting on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm. All exhibitors are welcome to attend.
